About Molly Des Jardin
I'm doing a PhD in Japanese literature/book history, and an MSI in Library & Information Services, at the University of Michigan. I've been busy with these for quite a few years now, but I'm finally set to graduate with an MSI in 2011 and PhD in 2012. In the summer of 2011, I'm working at the Center for Digital Research in the Humanities at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. My project is to redesign and implement the interface for TokenX, a text analysis tool developed here by Brian Pytlik Zillig. My time is mostly taken up by the joys of the twin learning curves of CSS and XSLT (who knew something would ever make CSS look logical and easy?), but you can also find me blogging on my professional web site and twittering away at @mdesjardin.
